Inspection & Causation Report
Thorough assessment of building and environmental conditions — ventilation, humidity, moisture content, layout, drainage and foundational causes of moisture ingress. Lead inspector has structural and civil engineering background. Practical and observational — not structural design advice. Lab hygienist testing available on request.

Mould Fogging
A fine antimicrobial mist dispersed throughout the space to treat exposed surfaces and reduce mould in hard-to-access areas. Reduces overall mould load and is most effective as part of a broader treatment plan. Does not replace surface removal.
