Why we're different
Most mould companies treat what they see. We look at why it's there — moisture levels, building conditions, ventilation, water ingress. Our primary focus is reducing the conditions that allow mould to grow. No treatment eliminates all mould permanently, and we'll always be straight with you about that. We give you the best long-term outcome for your situation and budget.
How we work
We're a small, local family business based in Gymea in the Sutherland Shire. For most jobs, our team is on site. For larger commercial or strata jobs, we bring in additional experienced technicians. We assess before we treat. We explain what we find. We give you honest options and don't push services you don't need.
Our background
Shire Mould Removal was founded by a structural and civil engineer who saw a gap in the market — too many operators treating mould without asking why it was there. Our engineering background means we approach every job methodically: assess the conditions, identify the cause, provide practical solutions. We don't provide structural design advice, but that technical mindset shapes everything we do.
